At Wisephone by Techless, we want you to be fully satisfied with your journey toward a simpler life. If your device isn't the right fit, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your Techless account or visit our Support Center to submit a return request and receive your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare the Device

  Perform a factory reset to remove all personal data and pack the Wisephone securely in its original packaging including all chargers and accessories.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our technicians inspect the device to ensure it is in original condition, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
